Mission Statement

Temple's Mission

Temple Independent Methodist Church exists for the purposes that God has given to the church. Our goal is to fulfill these purposes and be used of God as an instrument to make the image of Christ more fully recognizable in all our lives.

These purposes as we understand them are:

	I. Exaltation through Worship
		To honor God and worship Him in church but also in our lives

	II. Edification through Fellowship
		To build one another up through the means of fellowship

	III. Evangelism through Friendships
		To convey the Good News to as many as we can reach

	IV. Equipping through Relationships
		To provide opportunities for training and action in ministry

	V. Educating through Discipleship
		To teach the church the deeper truths of God and His Word
